There are 4 main local organisation in Sannat. These are:
- MUSEUM Boys: The local branch of the MUSEUM
- Sannat Lions F.C.: Sannat's football nursery.
- Ghaqda Drammatika Sannat: The organisation produces, from time to time, drama and variety shows for the people of Sannat.
- Socjeta muzikali Santa Margerita: Sannat's band.
